• Be a personal website, we don't accept applications from commercial or companies websites;
• Have a pleasing design, with color set and graphics of good taste;
• Present a friendly content, according to the laws and morality, without any prejudice or incitement to violence;
• Submit a interesting content with design and graphics created by the author of the website;
• Provide an easy navigation, with a menu on all pages;
• If possible provide some free and useful resources for visitors;
